John Cosgrave's Availability
The following calendar shows John Cosgrave's availability for fieldwork or major writing work for 9 months.
Green days (usually shown as "available") are days when John Cosgrave is available for major assignments.
Pink days show when John is busy at home.
Red days show when John is travelling and his location.
Amber days show when John has given an undertaking to be available for a particular project.
The gold bars show activities undertaken by John.
John may be able to conduct short projects, such as reviews etc, even when he is unavailable for major assignments. Amber days change to Red if the committment is taken up, or to green if it is not.
Technical note: The above is set of embedded Google Calendar calendars. This is relatively simple to implement. The different colours come from presenting different calendars on each calendar frame.
