Evaluation experience
John Cosgrave has extensive evaluation experience, as a sole evaluator, lead evaluator with a local resource person, and as team leader for large evaluation teams. His evaluation experience range from in-depth evaluations of a single project to multi-country and multi-agency studies. A key part of John's evaluation approach is the clear communication of the evaluation findings in accessible reports, which present well grounded findings and concrete recommendations.
