Training and Facilitation 2003-2004
John Cosgrave's training during this period was concentrated around security managment, needs assessment, emergency management and acting as a humanitarian resource person for military training courses. John became involved with military training after recognising that the Military now play a leading role in the humanitarian response to natural disasters.
