Training and Facilitation experience
John Cosgrave has a great deal of experience with training and facilitation. His key experience is with developing and delivering training not only for international staff but also for national staff in developing countries, either in their own countries or at international venues.
Geographical range of John's training and facilitation experience.
John's training if largely based around participatory methods, built around a core of presentation of key information. John has developed an extensive library of presentations and exercises in the areas he has trained in.
Humanitarian training for the military is part of John's regular pattern of work. This is because the military sometimes plays a key role in humanitarian response, and a properly trained military can be more effective when tasked with relief work.
